Managing transformation with EBL
To manage transformation with relevant business intelligence, we first defined the 5 main steering mechanisms of a business and matched it with the most common setup of ESG frameworks.
Secondly we determined the relevance of the 10 ESG chapters for the 5 business logics. We specifically looked at the relevance for maker industries in 4 value chains.
Here we concluded that materials, energy and capacity are the most material. All at the point of cost, availability, innovation and impact.
Thirdly we combined the material elements with the 5 business logics, which integrates ESG into the logic of the board. Hence the name ESG Board Logic or EBL.
Crash course on ESG Transformation
In the terminology jungle sustainable development has created, it is sometimes hard to find a logical path.
Managing transformation with EBL
At ESG BI we develop smart dashboarding to support better business decisions. Too long we - the sustainability field - have been focusing on risk, compliance and strategy for the big players.
Nobody made sustainable development relevant enough for the largest group of entrepreneurs. That is what we made into our mission: valuable ESG based business intelligence for SMEs.
